Bill Wolfington, President
Bill has lived in Michigan his entire life, apart from his 2 years in the Army stationed with the 101st Airborne Division as a Military Police Officer. Upon his honorable discharge Bill entered college and graduated with a degree in Digital Electronics Technology, but his future would find itself in the sales arena. The idea of selling products or services that generated happiness for others was a big attraction and how he would ultimately find his way into the Travel business after 18 years in sales. Bill was called by a Travel Agency owner about assisting on a trip overseas with a large group of travelers. He jumped at the new opportunity! After 3 years of on-the-job training in this new career path, Bill and his wife Laura decided to purchase the company. "With 23 years' experience, I can honestly say there is no greater sense of accomplishment than to see the joy on people's faces after they experience the trip of a lifetime!"
Laura Wolfington, Accounting & Finance
Laura has lived in Michigan her entire life too, aside from her 2 years in Minnesota at St. Cloud State University. While her career path was yet undecided, she moved back to Michigan to be with Bill and start a life together. While still attending college, Laura found herself working in the banking industry. This is the knowledge that would assist her future career at Incentive Travel. Although she did not work a "job" full time, she did work full time as a mother raising 3 wonderful sons and turning them into honorable young men. As with Bill, the travel industry was never her dream job or desire, but it presented itself at the right time. Laura's first trip as a guest turned into a position as a trip director. The client loved her so much, he requested that she be on every trip going forward. And so it began, the future of Incentive Travel and her position as trip director and the Accounting and Finance manager. "It is a great relationship; Bill does the selling and creates the amazing trips and I make sure he is on budget for the client while fine tuning the details to enhance the overall experience".
Holly Williams, Group Air Specialist & Event Manager
Holly likes to say travel runs in her blood, with her mother being a travel agent for over 30 years. Holly grew to love the experience of travel at a very young age and knew she wanted to become a travel agent and help other people experience it as well. After being in the travel business for over 8 years, she found her niche as a group travel and conference management specialist. Holly has traveled with and managed a multitude of groups ranging from 35 people to over 1,000. While working with both domestic and international groups,"organized chaos" is her favorite phrase. The ability to provide her clients with the experience of a lifetime is what Holly loves about being a group air specialist and group coordinator.
